Your Role: As our Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Managing incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Providing administrative support to various teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating jobs in/jobs out arrangements.
- Maintaining office support and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
