- Conducting the consultation process for identifying actions relating to equity and diversity for inclusion in the Strategic Workforce plan.
- Workforce metrics review and analysis to identify actions for the Strategic Workforce plan.
- Wellbeing calendar for financial year 2024-25.
- Identify/review and develop Wellbeing activities/topics for implementation in 2024-2025.
- Develop/review training for preventing and responding to workplace sexual harassment.
