Senior Hr Advisor

National, diversified heavy industry leader with a foot print across complex manufacturing, construction, transport and mining industries.About the RoleAs the Senior HR Advisor, you will support across the full remit of HR, from HR services, policies and systems, and industrial and employee relations. You will be responsible for:

• Providing HR/ER advice and coaching leaders eg. performance and discipline matters, workplace investigations, terminations etc.
• Interpret and advise across multiple EAs
• Attend FWC and other industrial hearings, support wider team in EA negotiations
• Supporting across HR initiatives eg. job evaluation, policy reviews etc.
• HR projects
• Support with the recruitment process
• Contracts, letters generation

Based in south-west Brisbane, this permanent opportunity is for an experienced HR generalist who genuinely enjoys working across the full remit of HR, with an ER/IR focus.About YouTo set you up for success in this role, you will:

• possess blue collar industry experience and correct application of the Fair Work Act and NES to people matters
• possess at least 5 years experience in a generalist HR role
• high attention to detail, accurate generation of contracts, letters etc
• able to work with HR data and systems
• proficient across a HR generalist remit and happy to get involved wherever necessary
