Managing and supporting the full employee lifecycle while interacting and working closely with Line Manger to achieve objectives, outcomes and productivity while building culture and working on exciting projects.Selection criteria:

• HR qualification coupled with generalist HR experience
• Experience in supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Thorough understanding of legislation and awards
• Employee relations experience
• Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement experience
• Computer literate – MS Office Suite and HRIS
