-You can view and print these PDF attachments by downloading .The Talent Register is a simple way for you to register your interest in working with the Department of Justice for short term development opportunities in Level 7 Manager roles.There are currently two short-term opportunities available from June 2024.About the opportunityThis register aims to create a pool of talented individuals who are looking for development opportunities that will extend them and prepare them for future roles either within their own agency, or to be highly marketable for others.The Department of Justice operates in a highly complex payroll and HR system space, working with over 20 industrial instruments, administrative instructions and other employing authorities, and servicing over 7500 employees. It also provides an outsourced service to four other small agencies.There are three streams within the branch – HR Technology and Reporting, Payroll Services, and HR Business and Client Services. While all three are interconnected, they undertake very distinct functions and services for the Department.There are two opportunities commencing in June:

  • Manager HR Technology and Reports – 4 months
  • Manager Payroll Services – 2.5 months
