$38+/hr | Local Council HR Waste Driver: Rear Loader

Do you have a valid HR driver licence and prior rear loading experience? If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Your local council in the Sydney Innerwest area / CBD is looking for HR waste drivers with Rear Loader experience to join our team on a casual basis, with the possibility of future permanency directly with the council.

As an HR Waste Rear Loader driver, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a Rear Loader truck and collecting waste bins from various locations in the Sydney Innerwest / CBD area
• Able to operate in tight streets throughout the local area
• Operating the Rear Loader mechanism and ensuring the safe and proper disposal of waste
• Following the route plan and completing the assigned tasks within the allocated time
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the truck and equipment
• Complying with all road rules, regulations, and company policies

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid HR driver licence and prior rear loading experience
• A good attitude and a high level of professionalism
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• A flexible availability to work evening shifts or morning shifts (4:30am/pm to 12:30am/pm)
• A willingness to work in a team and follow instructions
