About the role:
Reporting to the Group Manager Corporate Solutions, we are seeking an experienced HRIS Solutions Specialist proficient in Peoplesoft, or Workday system integrations and/or demergers. This role will be part of a companywide technology transformation and provide support in the development of solutions that will enhance our human resources data.
These roles require strong stakeholder and relationship building skills as you will be required to have a deep knowledge and understanding of business unit processes, operations, systems, and solutions across the Crown Resorts Group.
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
- Implement, configure, and maintain HRIS systems, specifically PeopleSoft HR and/or Workday, to meet the requirements of Crown Resorts Group
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and efficient system functionality
- Proactively identify HRIS system issues for customers and troubleshoot and resolve these issues
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing system-related inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Delivery of high level and detailed solution models adding to the solution framework and IT strategy
- Collaborate with vendors and external consultants as needed to ensure successful system implementations and upgrades
- Work with cross functional teams to deliver HR projects and providing recommendations and support
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS transformation projects within a large corporate organisation
- Strong proficiency with solutions integration of Workday and or Peoplesoft HR is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Proactive organisational skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating with diverse teams to deliver business outcomes
