Summary of duties
The HRM SystemTechnical and Systems Support Officer is responsible for providing effective change management control with respect to the HRMS CHRIS21 application across SA Government. The change control environment includes provision of Systems Support and administration, consultation with respect to business change requirements, issues resolution and analytical and technical support for the implementation of system changes across the HRMS applications.
The HRM SystemTechnical and Systems Support Officer coordinates, develops and implements requests for change which will involve significant consultation and engagement across key stakeholders including Payroll Services, external systems suppliers and other system support teams. The officer ensures all change request activities are documented, implemented and effectively managed to meet the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Special Conditions
- Incumbents must hold current Australian work eligibility status and may be subject to a criminal history check.
- Incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- Incumbents are required to participate in the Department’s Performance Development Program.
- Location: PORT ADELAIDE.
The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a satisfactory SAPOL Clearance or General Employment Probity Check as directed by Shared Services SA.
Shared Services will initiate appropriate background screenings for successful applicants at Shared Services SA’s expense. Applicants should not initiate their own screening checks or clearances and doing so will not entitle the applicant to reimbursement from Shared Services SA of costs incurred.
