About the Role
Our Oil and Gas drilling clients require assistance to implement their safety management systems. Therefore, we have a few opportunities with site-based roles working on even time roster (FIFO). Rosters can be flexible to suit your needs.
We are looking for personnel with the right attitude that reflect HSB's vision and values. People that are engaged, willing to learn and assist our clients to succeed.
The key requirements of the role:
- Support our clients by completing the necessary HSE related tasks within the scope of your role.
- Work independently to implement the requirements of the client's on-site health safety system.
- Communicate effectively with HSB and our client, including their people of varying levels of professionalism, education, etc.
- Build professional relationships.
- Understand and apply relevant risk management processes.
- Be competent and proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
Skills and Experience
- HSE experience in the oil and gas industry (Drilling preferred)
- Cert IV Work Health and safety (Minimum)
- ICAM investigation qualification (Desirable)
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills which can be applied to all operations.
- Have a willingness to learn
- Be well organised
- Able to work in a team environment
