We're looking for an HSE Advisor to play a pivotal role in our projects in Queensland. If you're passionate about working with a progressive team and you excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want you!
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake HSE assurance activities
- Carry out basic Health and Safety inspections
- Complete, facilitate and mentor accident investigations
- Coach, mentor and support project staff to improve performance
Key requirements:
With a relevant Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety your previous experience working within a high-risk construction industry environment is recognised by your peers. This coupled with experience in assisting supervision and management with HSE issues/action and closeout is highly regarded. Experience in effectively managing site-based hazards and risks, with the ability to complete incident investigations is essential to this role. You understand basic environmental and OHS risk management activities and the ability to read, understand and interpret a workplace policy and /or procedure.
