Our opportunity
As HSE Systems & Compliance Manager, you will manage the implementation of Mirvac's HSE Management System across the Mirvac Construction division ensuring that Mirvac's baseline strategic and compliance HSE goals are met
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, revision and document control of the HSE Management System for the division
- Support HSE risk management across the business via developing and delivering risk management methods and
operational needs, drives continuous improvement in HSE performance and ensures compliance with all relevant local
regulatory requirements, ISO and OFSC * Provide local support for all HSE online platforms and facilitate the training of users
- Lead internal and external HSEMS auditing programs as required
- Monitor HSE deficiencies identified in: workplace inspections and audits; incident reports; inspection and test procedures;
- Be the Mirvac Admin account the use of HammerTech
To be successful you will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a HSE Systems role with formal qualifications in a HSE and HSE management system audit recognized by a national body.
You will have Strong HSE management experience in a complex and demanding environment and some exposure to Business Continuity Management
You will hold a current Motor Vehicle Driver's License and have a comprehensive understanding of the HSE legislative frameworks across all jurisdictions and being able to communicate legislative obligations requirements in simple terms.
Finally you will have knowledge of Codes of Practice and applicable Australian Standards.
