This is a permanent role with a competitive salary and offers a family friendly 7:7 FIFO roster from Brisbane to the QLD-based mine-site.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing advice and championing the organisation's HSE policies and procedures to identify and mitigate health, safety, and environmental risks in the workplace.
- Facilitating HSEQ components of daily pre-start meetings.
- Leading incident investigations and non-conformance related investigations.
- Ensuring internal and client compliance with HSEQ policies and management plans.
- Developing and implementing engaging educational toolbox talks for all levels of the business.
- Providing continual improvement to current safety documentation, procedures, and management plans.
- Maintaining knowledge of and compliance with client HSEQ-related policies and procedures, as well as governing HSEQ legislation.
- Continuously developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients to enhance the client's reputation.
- Accredited tertiary qualification in HSEQ (minimum Diploma preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the drilling industry within Australia.
- Hold full Australian working rights (Citizenship or Permanent Residency)
- Valid training and assessment qualifications to implement internal programs.
- Solid organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
- Proven performance on successful projects with exemplary safety track records.
- Previous mining experience preferred.
