With a focus on creating safe, sustainable workplaces, we are seeking an enthusiastic HSEQ Coordinator to join our team, commencing 1st July 2024. This role will involve providing crucial support to our HSEQ Consultants whilst assisting in software implementation for our clients.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in OHS, environmental science or related field
• Previous experience in HSEQ role, preferably in a consultancy or advisory capacity
• Experience with HSEQ software implementation & support (MANGO software experience an advantage
• Excellent organisational and comunication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment; both at client sites and remotely.
• Knowledge of OHS legislation and standards (ISO45001, ISO14001 and ISO9001)
• Class C Drivers Licence (unrestricted)

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist HSEQ consultants with development, implementation & maintenance of HSEQ programs tailored to client needs
• Support HSEQ consultants with conducting site inspections, audits & assessments to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards & legislative requirements
• Assist with troubleshooting technical issues and liaise with software vendor for resolutions
• Assist with development of HSEQ training materials
• Maintain accurate records of HSEQ activities, including inspections, audits & incident reports within the client software
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding HSEQ enquiries and support
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
