Work from home but must be able to travel to client’s sites/offices and also attend in person meetings with our Principal Consultant when required. The successful candidate must be competent in IT.
Job activities
- Developing Safety Documentation such as: SWMS, Safety Management Plans, Policies, Procedures, Forms etc.
- Reviewing client Management Systems and recommending improvements
- Attending client sites and conducting construction site inspections
- Developing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) for Quality Assurance
- Assisting clients with prequalification’s
- Audit report writing
- Assisting with internal processes and improvements
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Assisting with incident investigations
- Ability to travel regionally and interstate, typically a few days per month.
