About the Opportunity
This role is with our valued client Fleurieu Cranes and will be based at their Head Office in Wingfield, SA.
Reporting to the General Manager, Projects & Strategy as the HSEQ Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the quality system including ensuring compliance with regulatory and 3rd party requirements to maintain accreditation.
As the HSEQ Coordinator, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, maintain, control and review quality system documents and processes
- Manage all facets of the external quality audit process
- Undertake internal audits against the ISO standards
- Manage the Management Review process
- Maintain registers and documentation
- Assist and support the Safety Manager with administrative tasks
- Assist with allocating modified duties and injury management appointments for injured employees in consultation with HR
With demonstrated experience in a similar HSEQ coordinator role, you will be resilient, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to apply critical thinking to resolve challenges.
In addition to the above, to be successful in this role you will have/be:
- Demonstrated skills and experience in HSEQ
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Previous experience with internal and external audits
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with management, peers and customers and other stakeholders
- Great written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to deadlines
- Have a resilient personality
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident to prioritise and organise your work while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
- MS office skills – with Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Full current drivers licence
