We're looking for a Safety Manager to join a high-performing team! This is an opportunity to move up into a management role where you can have a real effect on the safety culture.
You will be working on challenging commercial projects which can often be in the public eye, with nationally-known clients and multiple trades on site at the same time.

The Responsibilities
- Creating Safety Policies: Develop rules and guidelines to keep the workplace safe
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and risks on site
- Training Employees: Teach staff about safety procedures and protocols
- Conducting Inspections: Regularly check sites for safety compliance
- Investigating Incidents: Look into accidents or near misses to prevent them from happening again
- Communicating Safety Information: Keep everyone informed about safety issues and updates
- Maintaining Records: Keep track of safety data, incidents, and training records
- Promoting Safety Culture: Encourage a culture where safety is a top priority for all employees
- Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety
- Sound understanding of WHS&E Legislation and Regulations
- Previous experience in a Safety Officer Role on medium to large scale construction projects
- Willing to work on site and in the office
