About the Role

DGL are currently seeking for a HSEQ Systems Coordinator to administer HSEQ systems and coordinate HSEQ activities across the group. 

You will report to the Group Quality Manager and provide some administrative support to the HSEQ Team.

This is a fixed term role for 6 months and we have the flexibility for this role to be based at either in Sunshine Beach or Narangba. There is a potential for this role to be worked on a hybrid basis. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration of HSEQ systems and document control.
  • Support and training of others in the use of HSEQ systems.
  • Coordinate activities to ensure DGL remains current with legislation and certification requirements.
  • Update documents as required in collaboration with Management and subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate the collection of performance data and compile reports.
  • Recordkeeping of your activities.
  • Other tasks as delegated by HSEQ Management

Role Requirements

  • High-level Microsoft Office suite knowledge and skills.
  • High-level SharePoint knowledge and skills.
  • Must have some experience working with management systems and controlled documents.
  • Must have some experience working in a health, safety, environment and/or quality space.
  • Must have some experience in applying ISO standards in the workplace.
  • Some experience working in the ESG space would be advantageous.
  • Ability to apply policies, procedures, and applicable legislative requirements to your work.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain up to date records.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume processing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Commitment to customer service.
