About the role: We are currently looking for qualified Support workers in and around Dorrigo to provide support to our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including: Assisting with personal care Medication assistance Meal preparation Light housework Shopping and transport to medical appointments Social support and community engagement Benefits on offer: We are one of the only services in the area to facilitate a monthly, fully paid 2-hour staff meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training. We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.
