The primary purpose of this role is to provide banking and credit risk subject matter expertise across the customer lifecycle for both Consumer and Commercial risk concepts. The Senior Solutions Specialist is there to support the illion sales team to identify, qualify and close relevant revenue generating opportunities across the Australian Banking segment.
Working closely with sales, product management, marketing, legal services and finance; the Senior Solutions Specialist will be principally responsible for increasing the penetration of Consumer and Commercial Risk specific services and solutions in market and growing illion revenues through existing and new product take-up and through the incubation of initiatives that promote the development of new services and solutions.
The value-add things you’ll be doing
Customer facing subject matter expert responsible for partnering closely with the banking Sales team to develop and deliver client presentations and solutions;
Support the banking sales teams to develop client propositions, developing and communicating solutions specific value propositions;
Drive and develop product intellectual collateral and solution IP;
Provide relevant market strategy and solution input into strategically targeted key account planning and product management;
Support the on-going use of illion solutions by clients to promote the development of long-term, profitable relationships;
Assist the banking sales team in securing new business and retention opportunities with key decision makers and by supporting the execution of complex transactions;
Contribute to the meeting and exceeding of sales revenue targets and market penetration objectives;
Incubate product development initiatives and feedback into Product Development Roadmap;
Maintain a solutions specific sales pipeline;
Build strong relationships with segment sales teams, product management, marketing, legal and finance;
Build, foster and maintain strong relationships current and prospective customers of illion’s suite of Risk solutions;
Build a strong profile as a market expert within industry forums where appropriate;
