Job description:
We are now seeking a Health & Safety Systems Specialist to join our Brisbane head office to assist and support the Health, Safety & Training function in the development, design, implementation and continuous improvement of business systems that support the overall objective of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and continuous development of modules within MYOSH
- Point of contact for all sites with MYOSH support
- Train super-users within MYOSH
- Collaborating with business analysts, project leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
- Creating system guidelines, processes and manuals for BUMA Australia supported within an ELearning Framework
- Conducting regular reviews of MYOSH and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
- Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Profile description:
About You:
- Formal qualification in business or IT
- 3 years' systems experience with a focus on software development, project management and reporting
- Understanding of M365 Power Apps with a focus on Power BI
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using Articulate
- Critical thinking ability and strong problem solving capabilities
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills
- Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools
- Solid knowledge of business information systems
- Hands on experience with software development and documentation within multi-site operations
- Ability to explain system technical details to end users
- Positive influencer with ability to engage all different types of stakeholders
- Energetic with a professional desire to improve all facets of BUMA Australia
