Human Relations Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Relations Advisor to join our client’s team in Keswick, Adelaide for a 12-month assignment. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRA will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR advisory services within a HR operational and shared-service setting. The primary focus of this role is to manage HR operational matters, support Leaders and employees in day-to-day activities, and continuously improve HR operations and advisory function.

Responsibilities:
 

• Provide timely and effective HR advisory services to support Leaders and employees.
• Assist in resolving a range of HR related matters under the direction of the Leader.
• Support projects and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support portfolio activities and broader projects.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve HR operational matters.
• Identify opportunities to build best practice HR operations across processes, governance, guides, tools, and templates.

Requirements:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR advisory or related role.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of providing sound HR advice and support.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
