Key Responsibilities
> Financial Management: Oversee comprehensive financial operations, including budget preparation, financial forecasting, and analysis. Ensure the integrity of financial reports and adherence to accounting principles.
> Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage the payroll process with precision, ensuring timely and accurate compensation. Administer employee benefits, aligning with regulatory standards and fostering employee satisfaction.
> Talent Acquisition and Development: Spearhead the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to orchestrating interviews and onboarding. Cultivate talent development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and performance.
> Employee Relations: Champion a positive organisational culture by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
> Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all relevant HR and financial laws, including employment laws, taxation, and financial reporting standards.
> Strategic HR and Financial Planning: Contribute to strategic planning with a focus on HR and financial management to support the organisation’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
> Strong background in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of employment laws, taxation, and financial regulations.
> Proven track record in HR and Finance roles, with a preference for experience in the SaaS sector.
> Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation.
> Proficiency in utilising HRIS and financial management software, coupled with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
> Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, with a keen focus on details and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
