Northern New South Wales Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Human Resources Manager (Health Manager Level 3) to provide support and guidance to managers and staff on workforce related matters including complaint and disciplinary management, industrial issues and consultation, workforce planning, change management, performance and development management and Human Resources (HR) coaching and education/training.
If you have:
- Relevant degree in human resources management / industrial relations or related field and/or demonstrated experience in human resource management in a large and diverse organisation
- Experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions, including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, performance management and development and workforce planning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed and structured correspondence, statements, briefs, reports and formal documents on behalf of NNSWLHD
- High level problem solving skills and related experience, with capability to influence decision making
