Job description:

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Guidance and coordination of the Group's safe and respectful workplace agenda.
  • Management of the Group's leadership suite of programs.
  • Integration of key capabilities into applicable HR practices, such as recruitment, succession planning and talent management.
  • Governance of the Human Resources standard across the Group.
  • Oversight and management of the talent management and succession planning practices, with a specific focus on senior leadership.
  • Policy development and review to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
  • Oversight and management of industrial relations matters including legislation changes, disciplinary matters and/or grievances.
  • Capability-build for the Human Resources function across the Group.
  • Oversight and management of corporate recruitment activities.
  • Generalist Human Resources business partner activities.
  • Support change management initiatives within the corporate office.

Key skills and experience required for you to thrive in this role, will include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or Behavioural Sciences.
  • Proven ability to work from a strategic to operational level, with a "hands on" approach.
  • Extensive Human Resources experience within a heavy-industry environment (ideally Mining Services or Mining).
  • High level of expertise in leadership development, culture, and talent management.
  • Well-developed skills across leadership, influencing, stakeholder-management and communication.
