Job description:
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Guidance and coordination of the Group's safe and respectful workplace agenda.
- Management of the Group's leadership suite of programs.
- Integration of key capabilities into applicable HR practices, such as recruitment, succession planning and talent management.
- Governance of the Human Resources standard across the Group.
- Oversight and management of the talent management and succession planning practices, with a specific focus on senior leadership.
- Policy development and review to ensure legal compliance and best practice.
- Oversight and management of industrial relations matters including legislation changes, disciplinary matters and/or grievances.
- Capability-build for the Human Resources function across the Group.
- Oversight and management of corporate recruitment activities.
- Generalist Human Resources business partner activities.
- Support change management initiatives within the corporate office.
Key skills and experience required for you to thrive in this role, will include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Organisational Development, Human Resources, or Behavioural Sciences.
- Proven ability to work from a strategic to operational level, with a "hands on" approach.
- Extensive Human Resources experience within a heavy-industry environment (ideally Mining Services or Mining).
- High level of expertise in leadership development, culture, and talent management.
- Well-developed skills across leadership, influencing, stakeholder-management and communication.
