Warehouse Inventory & Procurement – Gold Coast-based
We are looking for an experienced Inventory & Procurement Coordinator to take charge of maintaining supplier relationships, pricing, procurement and Inventory activities.

We operate out of four locations with a modern fleet of 18 trucks to meet or exceed our customer’s delivery needs. Having commenced operations back in 1978, we leverage our industry experience to deliver solutions for our customers across our physical and online presence with a second-to-none reputation in building products delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing supplier relationships and pricing
- Conducting supplier analysis and procurement activities
- Overseeing inventory control and coordinating stocktakes across our four branches
- Utilising spreadsheets and data analysis to provide insights into supplier pricing and market competitiveness
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in an Inventory & Procurement role
- Proficiency in market, product, and pricing knowledge, with strong negotiating skills
- Commercial acumen and excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- A proactive approach to work and the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Experience in managing supplier price changes and adherence to timelines
- Ability to provide insights and identify business opportunities
- Knowledge of building products is highly advantageous
