Your Role
As a manager, you are responsible for leading consulting efforts for Metisphere, including the strategic oversight of Mentoring programs. This role also leads, inspires, and cultivates talent. From hiring to fostering an innovative culture, this role drives team success.
Key Priorities
- Lead the design, and execution of new and/or existing Mentoring Programs, support curating content for new initiatives, integrating best practices and innovative methodologies.
- Build strong customer relationships and understanding of unique client requirements to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to internal team to foster their growth in leadership and program delivery.
- Facilitate mentor/mentee matching and provide them with coaching and support throughout the program journey.
- Oversee program execution, tracking progress and assessing outcomes to ensure program effectiveness.
- Identify business growth opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and strategy.
- Ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies in the design and delivery of projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Psychology, Learning and Organisational Development (OD), or a related field. A Master of Organisational Psychology degree is preferred.
- A qualification and experience in leadership coaching.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive growth and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated OD and leadership coaching experience with a project focus.
- Experience with DE&I culture change programs/initiatives.
- Extensive experience in designing and managing Mentoring Programs, with a proven track record of success.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and program evaluation.
- Previous experience generating and maintaining business development.
- A commitment to upholding ethical and legal standards in all endeavours.
