The OpportunityAs the tactical interface between the Human Resources and Engagement Directorate and the operating business, we are seeking to appoint a highly competent, quality focused and outcomes driven Human Resources Business Partner to drive implementation of the organisation's strategic workforce plan, initiatives and actions within a defined business portfolio to meet defined people and culture goals and targets.
Role requirements
- Possession of a tertiary qualification at AQF 7 (Degree) or above in a human resource, business or organisational studies field or demonstrable equivalent HR experience built progressively over at least a 5 year period would be highly regarded.
- Professional membership of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) would be highly regarded.
- Drivers Licence: This position may require the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is therefore required. Proof of a current valid license must be provided prior to the commencement of duty.
- It is a mandatory requirement to be and to remain vaccinated against COVID-19.
Generous remuneration package value up to $133,138 p.a.comprising:
- Salary range of $4175.50 to $4472.70 p.f. (AO6)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- Up to 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
- 3 month probation period.
