We are currently recruiting a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner with expertise in compensation and benefits to support our client's operations in the New South Wales (NSW) and Queensland regions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing operational HR support across various functions, partnering with managers to enhance leadership capacity, manage industrial relations effectively, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partnering with managers to build leadership capacity and deliver programs.
- Managing Industrial Relations and supporting blue-collar staff within legislation and EBA.
- Interpreting legislation related to HR disciplines, including Employee Relations and OHS.
- Implementing HR practices aligned with legislative requirements to minimize non-compliance risks.
- Providing guidance and procedures to ensure effective resource management.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives through relevant training delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in HR functions within an MNC, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong understanding of industrial relations and legislative requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to deliver training and development programs.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and behavioral coaching.
- Relevant qualifications in HR or related field.
