The College is seeking a passionate, highly professional and suitably qualified HR Coordinator. This permanent full-time opportunity offers you the autonomy to develop and implement innovative people and culture initiatives aligned with strategic priorities, whilst undertaking day to day operational HR services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar with experience in a generalist Human Resources role (or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training).
- demonstrated experience in providing advice and support across a broad range of HR matters, including recruitment, employment relations, performance management and compliance.
- exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise with all members of the community in a professional manner.
- excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, manage expectations and coordinate priorities.
- highly developed computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office products) and the ability to use various HR/payroll databases and systems.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- a demonstrated commitment to support the Christian Lutheran ethos of the College.
