The role is available part time – school hours or 4 full days per week. Speed of response and open communication will be essential to be successful in this role.
Duties may include:
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate’s suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the development of interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Provide a positive and informative experience to all candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HR database.
- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and assist with coordinating company inductions
- Upload all new training course on the e-learning platform for all departments.
- Ability and drive to assist with account management.
- Strong administrative skills to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
Essential Requirements
- A proven track record as a recruitment consultant.
- Demonstrable experience liaising with multiple decision-makers.
- Ability to multi-task is essential.
- An expert of the mining industry and its movements.
- Present solution-based outcomes to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and our Client base.
- Previous experience with JobAdder advantageous.
