Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to work closely with the Human Resources departments across all locations and will be integral member of the onshore Human Resources team in Australia. This position will be required to effectively support the team with HR and payroll administration.
This position is an onshore position and will be based in Darwin, Northern Territory.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the recruitment and selection, onboarding, orientation, performance dialogues and exit interviews for onshore and offshore personnel in accordance with procedures.
- Ensure information is maintained and up to date in HR information systems for all onshore and offshore personnel.
- Support with employee relations initiatives, including employee events and rewards & recognition programs.
- Provide support with regards to monthly payroll processing including updating employee records, providing information to employees and payroll reporting.
- Ensure personnel information in payroll system is timely and accurate.
- Responsible for intranet updates and employee communications
Qualifications
- Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications in Human Resource Management or a similar field, however relevant experience may replace formal education.
