In this role you will Provide direction, support, and advice in all areas of Human Resources (HR), including but not limited to recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and reviews, grievances, and dispute resolution.

Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources and/or relevant work-related experience in a generalist HR role.
- Experience in providing Human Resources advice and support with Award/Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
- Knowledge and application of Human Resources theory and policy and the ability to relay this information to support managers and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to understand, interpret and apply relevant Federal, Territory and local legislation particularly in areas relevant to Human Resources.
- Strong relationship building and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively during periods of change and as a proactive member of a team
Licences/Tickets required:
- Current NT C-Class Driver's Licence
- Working with Children's Card
- National Police Check
- Monday - Friday work hours
- Immediate start
