A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing team! This position is a full-time position located in Robina!
About the role
As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for our childcare centres located across QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS and SA. Key duties of this role include:
- End-to-end recruitment, including posting job positions, filtering applications, scheduling, and conducting interviews and reference checks.
- Liaising with new employees to ensure all required paperwork is submitted prior to induction in readiness for Payroll, and ensuring Payroll has access to all paperwork needed.
- Maintaining HR compliance and assisting with the review and update of HR documents in-line with legislative and policy changes.
- Providing administration support.
About you
- Prior experience in the field of Recruitment, and be comfortable recruiting in a number of States across a number of Early Childhood roles.
- Background in the Early Childhood Industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
- You will be a self-driven individual, with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- You will be passionate about building lasting relationships and making a great first impression to candidates looking to join our company.
- High level time management skills to meet deadlines.
- The ability and desire to perform the role with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organisational skills.
- High level analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work individually and a part of a team.
