The Opportunity
As a People & Culture Specialist/Advisor at Unios, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects involving recruitment, performance management, and the development of HR strategies. You'll collaborate closely with our People & Culture team, supporting our network of partners and internal divisions.
About the Role
- Provide strategic guidance to develop and execute effective people and capability strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
- Identify high-performing employees and implement strategies to support their growth and retention.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Create and sustain an exceptional employee experience that supports well-being and engagement.
- Support HR systems, processes, and reporting.
About You
You are an HR professional who brings energy, creativity, and a deep understanding of people dynamics to the table. Here's what makes you the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a start-up or SME environment.
- Generalist HR experience with a passion for all aspects of people and culture.
- Comfortable working autonomously with a lot of initiative.
- Systematic approach to work with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong and effective time management and planning ability.
- Experience in search assignments or recruitment.
- Team player with the ability to maintain internal and external relationships.
