Opportunity:

Due to growth, we are seeking a Human Resources/Work Health and Safety Assistant.

You will assist with general HR and WHS duties across dealerships in Wangaratta, Benalla, Yarrawonga, Kyabram and Mansfield.

The position is based in Wangaratta.

Duties :

• Recruit, Select and Induct
• Offboarding 
• HR and WHS operational support and administrative services 
• Compliance 
• Data maintenance 
• General HR  and WHS activities

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Accuracy
• Good work ethic
• General HR experience
• General Work Health and Safety experience 
• Good computer skills (MYOB, Xero knowledge is advantageous)
• Able to travel to various sites
• Motivation
• Desire to achieve
