- Role is to start immediately and is contracted initially for 1 month
- Working for a community minded organization in the east
- Provide timely, first line HR advice and support to leaders and staff on operational HR related matters
- Prepare and monitor staff correspondence from drafting and distribution to return and record keeping
- Interpret and provide accurate advice regarding Enterprise Agreements and relevant Modern Awards
- Support leaders and staff through end-to-end HR processes including induction, probation management, staff development, performance and movement, and the offboarding process
- Prepare, collect and record accurate people data including role classifications, position descriptions, employment letters and records
- Monitor internal HR databases and support the continuous improvement of HR processes and work practices
- Qualification in Human Resource Management
- Prior experience in an HR-related role
- Excellent technical skills and sound knowledge of employee database systems
