The primary role is to service, troubleshoot, and upgrade stationary battery equipment and medium to high voltage equipment.
You will be part of a high performing and tight knit team on site. This role would suit a high performer who is looking to make the transition to renewable energy storage, one of the fastest growing market sectors. 70
Qualifications, experience and attitude
- QLD Electrical Licence (Cert III)
- CPR / Low Voltage Rescue
- HV Switching
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Construction White Card
- Ability to think on your feet, step up when required and be a team player
- SCADA operating experience is a plus
- Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions depending on situation
- Strong computer skills, ability to utilise proprietary and 3rd party OEM software
- Ability to communicate and function well in a mobile office setting
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings
- Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and quality focused
- Willingness to work outdoors, occasionally on the road at unusual hours
- Ability to lift 20-25kg
- Proven safe work practices/commitment to safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
