Job description

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Audit Technician/Service Technician to join our Moorebank Team

What will you be doing?

Initially based within our Audit Team, you would be required to.

  • Travelling to sites within Sydney and Regional NSW to conduct site asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments. 
  • Collecting key asset information across HVAC & BMS Services.
  • Auditing individual assets using Grosvenor’s advanced technology
  • Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders – allowing strategic asset management
  • Developing relationships and partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
  • Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business

Subject to peak contractual auditing requirements you may at times be required to support our HVAC Maintenance and Service Teams. Responsibilities would include.

  • Carry out maintenances, service repairs and installations ensuring all work carried out is to the highest standard.

  • Liaise with the Work Coordinator daily to keep informed of job progress.
  • Maintain company vehicle to company’s expectation, including complying with all road rules.
  • Provide high level customer service when representing Grosvenor, presenting in a high standard, and dealing with customer requests in a professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for any potential repairs, upgrade work, refurbishments, and new business.

What will you need to join the team?

  • Trade Qualification – Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
  • Restricted Electrical Licence
  • Hands on experience with repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
  • Ability to work within a team or autonomously
  • Awesome communications skills – the ability to build excellent client relationships
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills to use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
  • The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
