As a Service Technician - HVAC (Commercial), you will play a crucial role in our field service operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a variety of HVAC & R equipment for our premium clients. This role requires hands-on experience with Air Handling Units, Ducted Splits, Fans, Chillers, CRAC Units, Refrigeration, and a focus on delivering excellence in maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations. It is a 42 hour week with an RDO every fortnight and it is paying between $45 - $50 per hour (may be able to negotiate higher based on experience) plus super, dual cab ute, phone, fuel and toll toggle and you can use the vehicle for local personal use. This highly reputable organisation is continuing to grow and has just been awarded new contracts and hence they require highly skilled, professional and well presented HVAC Technicians to facilitate and assist in their growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting maintenance, repair, upgrades, and installations on HVAC & R equipment.
- Managing your own contracts and clients, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
- Utilizing SAP for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
- Adhering to safety, quality, and industry best practices.
- Managing your daily schedule and run efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Trade certificate or qualification in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or HVAC.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Current clean driver's license.
- Victorian Refrigerant license.
- Experience working to best practices and Australian standards.
- Ability to manage contracts and clients independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays.
- Familiarity with niche BMS systems.
Working Conditions:
- 42-hour workweek with an RDO every fortnight.
- Flexible start and finish times (approximately 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday).
- Hourly pay rate between $45 - $50 per hour plus super. (Could possibly negotiate higher based on experience)
- Dual cab ute provided (can be used for local personal use).
- Fuel card, mobile phone, and toll toggle provided.
- Approximately 2-5 hours of overtime per week paid at penalties.
