With exciting new growth and the continued winning of work, Cushman & Wakefield have several newly created opportunities in Adelaide. These opportunities will support our client onsite to ensure outstanding operational outcomes and the delivery of energy services that customers value.

The scope of IFM services required includes
- Planned Maintenance - i.e. core cleaning services, HVAC services, fire services etc.;
- Reactive Maintenance - to support either sudden break down or increase in demand;
- Minor Works -abroad range of different service requirements that extend beyond The Service categories listed above. Hence we are looking for contractors with broad skills and experience.
About the role
The HVAC Technician will perform assigned planned, reactive and proactive maintenance works along with project works as requested and identification of new works. Some keys responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Undertake urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections of heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment on client's premises and equipment as directed by the Facility Manager.
Review and comment on any HVAC/air-conditioning or Electrical instructions and standard operating procedures supplied by C&W FM or Trade Services
Participation in the management of operational escalations.
Undertake and record Job Safety Analysis/SWMS, client required documents prior to commencement of tasks.
Ensuring that all types of HVAC Plant, air conditioning units, Package units and heaters, are always operational.
Background and Experience
HVAC maintenance background (minimum of 5 years' experience desired)
Experience in fault finding and diagnosing
Open registration cabling license (Preferred)
Construction Card
A good understanding of HVAC and Electrical Standards and Regulations
Working at Heights trained (Preferred)
EWP Licensed (Preferred)
Qualifications & Technical Skill
Relevant current Trade Qualification / Experience - HVAC/Refrigeration and a restricted or A Grade Electrical Licence
Valid Driver's Licence
Australian Police Clearance Check
OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.
Ensure adherence to all legal requirements associated with the role including, but not limited to, The Trade Practices Act, Legislation, Fair Trading Act, Contract and Employment law
Experience in Building Services Maintenance
