This role will encompass supporting the Identity & Access Management team initiatives through a combination of project and BAU operational activities. Picture a mixture of working on project tasks, investigating and actioning incidents raised by the business, and participating in internal and global meetings. Throw in some personal development time to stay abreast of current trends and technologies in the IAM space, and you'll have a good idea of what a typical day could look like.
Key responsibilities will also include:
- Provide advice and guidance to the business and operational teams about best practises around Identity and Access Management principals and standards.
- Complete Operational tasks around the firms IAM Platforms (AD, AAD, PCS, MIM).
- Assist project teams to deliver complaint solutions through guidance and execution of tasks
- Help ensure the AU firm remains complaint with internal security & ISO (27001) standards
The Identity & Access Management team is a growing internal team with a dedicated focus on all areas of IAM within the AU Firm, as well as the APAC region.

You are someone with:
- Experience working with different technology and business stakeholders on the enforcement of least privilege principles across all assets
- Strong first principles and best practices for IAM & PAM practices, frameworks, and solutions
- Conceptual Software Engineering knowledge, ideally with a relevant degree (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Assurance etc)
- Demonstrated technical experience with IDM & PAM systems such as AzureAD, Active Directory, PCS, MIM and SailPoint
- Knowledge of federation standards including SAML, OAuth, and CIAM.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships, ensuring quality of delivery and offering expert advice across multiple areas of Cyber Security, and IAM
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
