Our client is highly respected organisation, who provides services and supports to thousands of individuals around Australia. With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia’s most vulnerable.
The Role
Our client is seeking to engage multiple Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineers to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions, tailored to suit both the organisation’s internal workforce as well as its customers, within an Azure and AWS Cloud environment. Working closely with stakeholders, the successful candidates will ensure solutions align with security standards, compliance regulations and organisation purpose.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Configure and manage features such as user provisioning, access controls and group memberships
- Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and seamlessness of process
- Prioritize building automations to streamline IAM processes
Skills & Experience
The successful candidates will possess:
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions
- Extensive experience in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra ID Governance
- Design and implementation experience in a Cloud environment
- Experience MS Graph API and PowerShell (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff
Experience with solutions such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, Akamai or similar will be highly advantageous.
