What will you be doing?
The position is that of full time ICT Business & Systems Analyst, working an average of 38 hours per week. You will report to the Executive General Manager of Minelab, will work within the Product Marketing team and will additionally support sales teams in Brazil, Mexico and Chicago, as well as Operations and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business standard operating procedure and investigate processes to identify and trouble shoot issues & inefficiencies to optimise system functions.
- Where necessary, document modification of systems and policy and educate other members of team on approved solutions, changes in SOP and system updates.
- Liaise closely with Brazilian, US and Australian marketing teams in optimizing content and content quality while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Marketplace - create "company stores" on relevant marketplaces, as well as drive overall marketplace transactions
- Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive traffic & sales via the website
- Plan, define and implement website changes and functional improvements
- Maintain and update the online marketing plan for the website
- Monitor key performance indicators on the website and use project management skills to plan, staff, budget & manage projects to improve user experience & better KPIs. Update product information and content on the website and marketplaces
- Evaluate and implement approaches & strategies to improve website and marketplace sales conversions & customer engagement
- Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc.)
- Take responsibility as a leader of processes & information
Mandatory Requirements

- A degree in a relevant/related field (e.g. IT or Business Administration);
- At least two years full time work experience as an ICT Business & Systems Analyst or in a closely related field;
- Highly computer literate with a thorough understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browser, basic HTML, data files)
Highly Regarded
As this role will involve liaising with the Brazilian marketing team on a regular basis, the ability to understand and speak Portuguese would be highly regarded.
Salary
Between $100k and $120k (excluding super) depending on experience.
