Your skills, experience and capabilities will contribute to assisting in the delivery of ICT Projects as part of the wider ICT Business Plan at Resthaven and in conjunction with identified stakeholders.
Your existing skill set will be used to curate and create a variety of documented deliverables for our ICT Projects. Your output will be a vital part of improving technology services and solutions to our clients and residents.

Essential Criteria:
- Knowledge of and experience in project management techniques including PMBOK/Prince2 and Agile
- Knowledge and highly developed skills in the curation and development of – Business, Systems, Functional and Technical Requirements documentation
- Highly developed skills in the facilitation of workshops for all stakeholders
- Experience and skills in Digital Health or Clinical Systems
- Experience and skills in Microsoft 365 solutions and tools
- Experience and skills in using SharePoint sites
- Experience and skills regarding Document Management solutions design and delivery
- Experience and skills in leading network and infrastructure initiative deployment
- Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technical and business change projects including projects encompassing technology, and business process change
- Strong proven stakeholder engagement capability across a wide range of stakeholder groups including IT operations, business operations and corporate areas
- Sound communication skills
- An aptitude for analysis and technical analysis and development of solutions and initiatives that optimise outcomes for an organisation and its stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to undertake end to end task management
- Demonstrated ability to produce professionally written reports and documentation
- Ability to work in a consultative manner, establish and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage a range of tasks over a number of activities to meet deadlines in a high demand work environment
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
- Actively support and effect change with a focus on business improvement
- Consumer focused business approach with the ability to understand and interpret stakeholder needs
- Proficient to an advanced level in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite of products especially Outlook, Excel and Word
