We are currently looking to recruit a talented and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team in Lonsdale, SA. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting Sales & Operations Managers, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to financial planning and budgeting.
The role is a full-time role reporting to the Finance Business Partner.
About the role:
- Partner with the business to ensure accurate forecasts and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Play a critical role in developing the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Leverage automated reporting to provide meaningful commercial analysis for business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to existing reports.
- Contribute to the accuracy of Management Accounts and ensure timely completion of monthly results.
- Continuously identify and address process improvement opportunities across the team and wider group.
- Support operational teams to deliver on known process improvements.
Key Skills and experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, demand planning, and financial planning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (Power BI, pronto a plus).
- University degree with a commercial focus (Business/Finance preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and with a strong commercial mindset.
- Experience working in a complex business environment is a plus.
