The Opportunity:
We invite you to step into the role of the Infrastructure Engineer and become a key player in our ICT & Business Improvement team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure that supports our aged care communities across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions that directly impact the quality of life for our residents and team members.
This is a full-time position for a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain ICT infrastructure systems and networks to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security
- Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery systems to ensure data integrity and availability
- Support, implement and improve central infrastructure, network, cloud, and systems
- Continuous upgrades of firmware, software, and hardware across all infrastructure systems
- Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
