The ICT Officer (Administrator) will ensure all ICT software licences are renewed in accordance with software licencing agreements, and manage and maintain processes for all purchasing, invoicing and contract requirements.
Skills and Experience required includes:
- Experience in procurement management, financial management, excel spreadsheets, data analysis and end-of-month/end-of-year reconciliation procedures.
- Understanding of contract management activities and experience in general office administration.
- Experience in asset management system (Maximo) and managing and maintaining software licence registers are desirable.
