We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join the team in North Brisbane. Enjoy the in-office role from the Brendale branch with hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
This position will suit someone with a great understanding of what it takes to be a successful "all-rounder" in an office setting with responsibility for adherence to operational regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated understanding of the Microsoft Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks as they arise
- Strong attention to detail and time management experience
- Compliance and HSE-focused
About the role:
- Reception and customer service duties including answering phones and message-taking
- Managing inductions and site visits
- Booking and scheduling meetings and meeting rooms when applicable
- Administration of office phones, computers, emails, etc.
- Actively participating in stock management including stock-takes and ordering of office materials
- Performing any other requests by line managers
