Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join the team in North Brisbane. Enjoy the in-office role from the Brendale branch with hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This position will suit someone with a great understanding of what it takes to be a successful "all-rounder" in an office setting with responsibility for adherence to operational regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.

About you:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks as they arise
  • Strong attention to detail and time management experience
  • Compliance and HSE-focused

About the role:

  • Reception and customer service duties including answering phones and message-taking
  • Managing inductions and site visits
  • Booking and scheduling meetings and meeting rooms when applicable
  • Administration of office phones, computers, emails, etc.
  • Actively participating in stock management including stock-takes and ordering of office materials
  • Performing any other requests by line managers
