We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICT Officer to join our dynamic team at Mount Buller and contribute to the seamless operation of our technology systems.
As the ICT Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure to ensure the highest level of service for both guests and internal operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for technology with a love of snow sports and the alpine environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or Cert IV in an ICT discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience (desirable).
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in ICT support, systems implementation, and maintenance.
- A whizz when it comes to using Microsoft Office 365 & industry-related Office software.
- Ability to ‘iron out’ any unexpected issues that might arise, i.e. hardware/software.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines whilst effortlessly multi-tasking.
