Job DescriptionWhat You Will Do:- Act as the first point of contact, quickly identifying and resolving technical issues or escalating as needed.
- Provide Level 1/Level 2 desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
- Set up and image laptops with standardised configurations.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide clear solutions.
- Drive on-site to support clients with hands-on technical assistance.
- Manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
The Successful ApplicantSkills You Will Have:
- Excellent user service, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Certification or tertiary qualifications in computer systems, computer science, or IT.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
- Previous Service Desk experience is an advantage.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Current Australian Drivers' License.
